Cultural Heritage Workshop Funded by UNESCO

The central objective of the proposed intervention is to raise awareness among local communities, especially youth, about the value of intangible cultural heritage and the role they can plan in safeguarding it. Community-based inventorying is a key method to collect reliable data, which can not only build provincial and national databases on cultural heritage, but also inform policy decisions.

The project intends to achieve this through a community-based inventorying workshop in Peshawar for various stakeholders.
